Woods Geier Moritz (WGM), LLC, was established in June 2016 by Doug Woods, Rick Geier, and Jerry Moritz. Just a few months into operation, Cory Bachman was added as a principal owner. Together, the four owners run and operate one of the Midwest's premier energy development companies. 

In a relatively short time, our team has been responsible for developing over 4GW of energy projects. The foundation of WGM, LLC was built on honesty, integrity, and trust -- principles we uphold in our relationships with both landowners and developers. Through consistent and efficient communication, we provide multi-faceted assistance to development teams from numerous companies within the energy sector. We bring extensive experience developing diverse energy infrastructure, including wind, solar, and battery storage projects, as well as natural gas and hydrogen plants, transmission lines, and pipeline systems.”
