His education and extensive real estate and business experience has proven to be highly beneficial when working with both landowners and energy companies.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jerry is married to Julie and together they have three children- Ryan, Riley, and Reagan. Jerry enjoys hunting, golfing, skiing and spending time with his familly and friends.

With a passion for development and a committment to building meaninful relationships, Cory takes pride in helping landowners understand the benefits of energy developments and how they can benefit from them.
Before joining WGM, Cory built a dynamic career that included roles in both the sports and engineering industries. A graduate from the University of Iowa with a degree in Sports Management, he spent over five years in the sports industry working in operations and serving as general manager. His experience in leadership and operations has translated seemlessly into his work at WGM.
Outside the office, Cory enjoys a full and active life with his amazing wife Chelsea and their three children - Averi, Eliana, and Merrick. Whether he's traveling, golfing, spending quality time with his family, or coaching softball, Cory brings the same energy and dedication to his personal life that he does to his professional work.

Raised in the farming community of Clarks, Nebraska, Rick developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and rural life. After college, he moved to Omaha, Nebrask
Rick Geier is an owner of WGM, LLC, a company that partners with landowners and large energy companies across the Midwest to develop utilitygrade energy projects. Raised in the farming community of Clarks, Nebraska, Rick developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and rural life. After college, he moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where he and his wife Gayle, to whom he has been married for 39 years, raised their family.
With over a decade of experience in renergy development, Rick was eventually instrumental in bringing together three partners of equal expertise and passion for energy development to form WGM, LLC. He has worked closely with farmers and landowners to show
how energy projects can serve as a way to diversify crop ground and generate steady
supplemental income alongside traditional agriculture.
To date, Rick has overseen projects totaling over 2.5 gigawatts in operation, with an equal amount currently under development — a testament to both WGM’s scale and its commitment to
rural communities. His work is rooted in building trust, creating opportunities, and showing
families how these projects can strengthen local economies while keeping farmland productive.
In addition to his energy work, Rick has owned rental property for over 30 years,
managing longterm rentals and purchasing homes to rehabilitate and flip. This experience
reflects his entrepreneurial drive and ability to create value across different industries.
Outside of his professional work, Rick has enjoyed sports all his life. He stayed in shape playing
basketball until the age of 58, and today he’s pivoted into walking and golf — activities that keep
him active while connecting with friends and community.
Rick and Gayle are proud of their two sons: one a high school science teacher at Creighton
Prep, and the other a Vice President with JP Morgan. His dedication to family mirrors the
values he brings to his work — commitment, integrity, and a focus on building a better future for the next generation.

Missouri State University in Maryville, MO. He is married to Kim and together they enjoy spending quality time with their three children, Tyler, Lexi, and Dani. Traveling to new places, making time to golf, attending sporting events, and simply seeking new experiences are among the things he enjoys most.
